At afzoneshop.com (operated by Afzone), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

 

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Certain types of products may be excluded from returns, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, as well as certain health and personal care items.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Afzone.info@gmail.com for further instructions.

 

Shipping

The shipping costs related to returning your item are covered by Afzone.

You will therefore not have to pay any fees to return your order. In case of a refund, the full amount of your purchase will be refunded without any deduction for return shipping costs.
